For few months now I have reached out to the bureaus and to the mortgage company for the one time 30 day late on my closed mortgage account, the company has responded but it feels like its general standard letter they send to anybody who has any questions or concerns. I was under XXXX XXXX XXXX in the hospital, that is why my payment didn't go through by the time I realized it it was too late. I have zero debt, I have never had any late payments on any of my mortgage accounts you can see that on my credit report. I kindly ask you to remove the 1 time 30 day late from XXXX of 2022. Please as a good faith, as one time curtesy please remove the one time 30 day late, again this would have never happened if I was not in a comma. Thank you
