I took advantage of a 0 % balance transfer offer when I visited the website to check my balance which at the time was {$0.00}. I had other offers for 0 % interest but took advantage of this one. I was charged the regular rate 17.24 % on the initial balance transfer and the following statement. The customer service team has repeatedly ignored my requests for a resolution and I have since transferred the balance to another financial institution. I am requested that all finance charges be reversed and I will be closing this account.
