I applied and was approved for an SBA PPP loan on XX/XX/2021 through this XXXX lender. Loan Number XXXX. This lender has reported the loan to the SBA the loan as actively disbursed. It was never deposited into my account. The companies listed address is closed. They do not answer then phone. I sent them a certified letter to make the deposit on XX/XX/2021. It was received at their closed office. As of today XX/XX/2021 this XXXX lender has not distributed SBA PPP loans to thousands of people. This company has committed fraud against me, has not communicated with me in any way about the loan since it was processed, and has not deposited the funds into my account.
